Press release

Lynge, Denmark – September 13, 2024 – WS Audiology (WSA) announced today that Hea Vinskov has been appointed Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, succeeding Dawn Seah, effective October 21, 2024.

After 7 successful years as Chief Legal Officer, first at Sivantos and then at WSA, Dawn Seah has decided to pass the baton to pursue interests outside the Company.

Dawn’s successor, Hea Vinskov, knows the hearing aid industry very well, having spent 10 years in senior legal positions at GN Store Nord, including General Counsel, before joining Coloplast, where she is currently Group General Counsel, responsible for Legal, IP & Business Ethics.

Hea holds a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus University. She will join WSA on October 21, 2024 and will be based at WSA’s global headquarters in Lynge, Denmark.

Marianne Wiinholt, CFO of WS Audiology, said:

I am delighted to welcome Hea Vinskov to WSA as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. With her extensive experience and track record, we are bringing a strong leader on board and I look forward to working with her. I would also like to thank Dawn Seah for all she has done for WSA, not least through the merger and post-merger integration. I wish Dawn all the best in her future endeavors.
