WS Audiology delivered 12% organic revenue growth in the third quarter of fiscal year 2023/24

Lynge, Denmark – August 22, 2024 – WS Audiology (WSA) today announced financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023/24 (April 1st – June 30th, 2024).

Highlights Q3 2023/24

  • WSA delivered organic revenue growth of 12% (9% reported) to EUR 669 million supported by continued strong performance of Signia Integrated Xperience and Widex SmartRIC across all regions and channels including online.
  • Reported EBITDA was EUR 146 million corresponding to a margin of 21.8%.

Highlights 9M 2023/24

  • In the first nine months of the fiscal year, WSA delivered 11% organic revenue growth to EUR 1,979 million driven by broad-based growth across regions.
  • Reported EBITDA was EUR 400 million corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 20.2% (19.2% last year).
  • WSA maintains the guidance for the fiscal year 2023/24 of 7 to 10% organic growth and a reported EBITDA margin increase by 1-2%-pts. vs. fiscal year 2022/23.

I am very pleased that the growth was driven by the continued momentum of our Signia IX portfolio and the Widex SmartRIC across all regions and channels. Our earnings were in line with expectations and the guidance for the fiscal year 2023/24 of 7 to 10% organic growth and a reported EBITDA margin increase by 1-2%-pts. vs. FY 2022/23 is maintained.”
